About Us
Whether in summer or winter, a stay with the Rauch family in the Ötztal Valley offers variety, relaxation, and enjoyment of nature. Thanks to our central location, your leisure fun begins right outside the door. You can reach the center of Sölden and the Giggijochbahn cable car station on foot in about seven minutes. A ski and hiking bus stop, as well as access to the cross-country ski trail, are directly in front of the house. Following the motto "Leave your car at home," we have provided free parking for you in front of the house. Nothing stands in the way of a stress-free and relaxing holiday. Enjoy skiing fun in winter and mountain adventures in summer! After an eventful day of skiing or hiking, you can relax at our partner Aqua Dome. Our unique holiday region in one of the most beautiful valleys in Tyrol offers a wide range of sports activities all year round. The ski bus stop right outside the door serves as the perfect starting point for wonderful tours and excursions in our unique holiday region.
Cozy Apartments
In our cozy apartments in Tyrolean country house style, you will feel completely comfortable. All holiday apartments feature a double bedroom, a living room with a pull-out couch and a comfortable kitchenette with full kitchen equipment, a bathroom with shower/WC, and a south-facing balcony with a panoramic view of the unique mountain scenery.
In the morning, you can either have breakfast with us or take advantage of our bread service. Additionally, we offer the possibility of intermediate cleaning of the apartments, a ski cellar with a shoe room and ski boot dryer, a Tyrolean wooden sauna, as well as a high chair and crib for the little ones.
